A real plan, sized for ages 7–14

The plan walks the same shape grown-up businesses use: supplies → unit cost → price → profit → goal → marketing → checklist. The math is concrete (one cost ÷ one number of cups = one cost-per-cup) so kids can do it on a calculator without an MBA.

The break-even row is the single most useful concept on the page — past that number, every cup is real profit. If the answer feels embarrassing (e.g. “I need to sell 80 cups”), the price needs to go up or supplies need to go down. Both are good lessons.

Pair with Making Change (cashier skill for the day) and the Allowance Tracker for what to do with profits.
