Starting rotation is the only thing the lineup card has to declare
USAV / NFHS lineup cards declare the starting position of each player by set — that's it. Substitutions and rotations follow from there. This sheet captures exactly that, plus a final-score column so the page doubles as the post-set record.
Pos 1 is the server start. The other five auto-imply (clockwise: 2 → 3 → 4 in front row; 5 → 6 → 1 in back row).

Practical setup tips
Before printing the Volleyball Rotation Sheet, decide what one row represents and how often the page will be reviewed. That keeps the sheet from becoming a catch-all notes page and makes the finished record easier to compare with similar pages in the same binder or workflow.
- Set should be filled in consistently so the sheet remains useful after the first day of use.
